At LiberNovo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Secure the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
